The phenomenon of The Squid Game does not stop. The Korean series that became the most watched in Netflix history in 2021 will have its own reality show, titled The Squid Game: The Challenge. The streaming platform has just released the first official trailer for the program, which will premiere on November 22.
The Squid Game: The Challenge will follow the same premise as the original series, but without the violent and bloody component that characterized the fiction. A total of 456 participants will compete in a series of tests based on children's games, such as statues, cookies or glass bridge. The winner will take home a prize of $4.56 million, the same amount that was offered in the series.
